Instructions
In a medium sized pot, fill with water about ½ full. Allow to come to a very slow boil.
Place an oven safe bowl over pot, adding milk/milk alternative, chocolate and powdered sugar to bowl.
Whisk carefully as to not splatter hot liquid until all has been incorporated/no lumps.
Remove from heat, add Vanilla and any other optional ingredients, stirring.
Pour into mugs and add any toppings you like - Enjoy!
