117.5 oz Mini Potato Gnocchi Pay attention to ingredients.
1-2tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, Truffle Oil or Pepperoncini OilOr Dairy-free Butter or Pasta Sauce.

1BunchBroccolini or Fresh Broccoli
Instructions
In a medium sized pot, add a pinch of salt & cover until water is at a slow boil, add mini potato gnocchi.
Strain with slotted spoon as soon as Gnocchi float to the top - about 2 minutes.
Season with Truffle/Pepperoncini/EVOO or tomato sauce & Parmesan cheese.
Once gnocchi are all cooked, drop broccolini into pot & cook for 2 minutes until crisp-done.
